About the Role

Area Business Manager

Key Responsibilities

Manage IOL sales in government hospitals & institutional accounts.
Build and maintain relationships with surgeons, purchase departments & hospital authorities.
Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth supply and issue resolution.
Achieve monthly/quarterly sales targets and expand market presence.

Requirements

Graduate (Science/Pharma preferred); MBA is an added advantage.
25 years of experience in ophthalmology/IOL sales or government institutional sales.
Good communication & negotiation skills.
Willingness to travel extensively.
