Role Description

This is a full-time role for an Area Business Manager, located in Varanasi. The Area Business Manager will be responsible for managing sales operations, overseeing business development activities, and maintaining customer relationships. Key day-to-day tasks include developing sales strategies, meeting sales targets, coordinating with support teams, and ensuring compliance with company policies. The role requires on-site presence to effectively manage and support the local team.

Qualifications

Strong sales and business development skills
Experience in managing customer relationships
Ability to develop and implement effective sales strategies
Knowledge of compliance and regulatory requirements in the insurance industry
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to work effectively on-site in Varanasi
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field
Experience in the insurance industry is a plus
