KreditVenture is a leading NBFC specializing in Loan Against Property (LAP), with strong partnerships across Housing Finance Companies (HFCs), Banks, and NBFCs. We are expanding our team to drive business growth through strategic partnerships and referrals.

Key Responsibilities:

• Originate and manage business opportunities for Home Loans, LAP, and Machinery Loans within the Mumbai region.
• Develop and maintain strong business relationships with potential clients through Partnerships/Alliances/DSA/Connector Networks.
• Leverage your existing network to introduce customers to our portfolio of lending services and partnership offerings.
• Identify and solve complex deals and cases by collaborating with internal and external stakeholders, ensuring a seamless credit flow.
• Work as a key individual contributor with a focus on achieving and exceeding business targets.
• Liaise with partner lenders under referral partnerships or through Co-lending & BC Arrangements.

Requirements:

• 7-10 years of experience in similar roles at an NBFC, HFC, or large aggregator
• Strong product knowledge in Housing and LAP is mandatory.
• Proven track record of originating business through a robust network.
• Excellent negotiation and relationship-building skills.
• Ability to manage complex transactions with a strategic approach.

Essential:

Ability to solve legal and technical challenges associated with the business. Strong knowledge in this subject is important for effective problem-solving and deal structuring.
