Area Business Manager

You will be responsible for managing, training, and guiding the sales team in your assigned territory. You will set realistic sales targets for the team and monitor their performance, encouraging them to meet or exceed these targets. Gathering feedback from customers and updating senior management will be part of your responsibilities. In this role, you will travel to both potential and existing customers within your sales area to showcase the company's offerings and increase brand awareness. You will engage with customers through outbound telephone calls, email communications, and face-to-face meetings to secure sales. Building and maintaining strong, long-term relationships with customers is crucial. Your duties will also include implementing a sales management process to help the team identify and prioritize key customers and prospects effectively. This is a full-time position with benefits such as health insurance and provident fund. The schedule will be day shift or morning shift. To be successful in this role, you should have a Bachelor's degree and preferably 1 year of work experience. You must be willing to reliably commute or relocate to Lucknow, Uttar Pradesh before starting work.,
