Area Business Manager-GI Prima-Mumbai

As a Sales Executive at Abbott, you will be responsible for achieving sales targets on a monthly basis by creating a beat plan for your region, monitoring secondary sales, and allocating targets accordingly. You will play a key role in implementing company strategies in the market, ensuring 100% implementation of marketing campaigns, and conducting promotional activities in line with company objectives. Your role will also involve launching and nurturing international brands, training and developing the skills of the TBMs, and profiling towns and customers to enhance territory productivity. Key Responsibilities: - Achieve sales targets assigned territory wise, brand wise every month - Prepare a beat plan for the region and allocate targets and inputs accordingly - Monitor and drive secondary sales - Implement company strategies in the market - Ensure 100% implementation of marketing campaigns - Conduct promotion and BTL activities in the assigned territory - Direct sales activities to achieve short and long-range sales volumes - Train and develop the knowledge and skills of TBMs - Profile towns and customers to improve territory productivity - Maintain customer contact to enhance prescription share Qualifications Required: - 4-5 years of pharma sales experience with a minimum of 2 years in a Supervisory role - B. Pharm / M.
