Area Business Manager-GI Prima-Mumbai

You will be working for Abbott, a global healthcare leader dedicated to helping people live healthier lives. Abbott's diverse portfolio includes innovative technologies across diagnostics, medical devices, nutritionals, and branded generic medicines, with a presence in over 160 countries and a team of 109,000 colleagues worldwide. Your core responsibilities will include achieving monthly sales targets assigned to your area and territory for various brands. You will be required to create a beat plan for your region, allocate targets accordingly, and monitor and drive secondary sales effectively. Additionally, you will play a key role in implementing company strategies in the market, ensuring the successful execution of marketing campaigns and activities such as CMEs and camps in your region. You will be responsible for launching and nurturing international brands, overseeing direct sales activities to meet sales volume projections. Training and developing the knowledge and skills of the TBMs under your supervision will be essential in building their competencies. Moreover, you will profile towns and customers to enhance territory productivity and manage sales of Abbott products to achieve defined targets on a regular basis. To be successful in this role, you should have 4-5 years of experience in pharma sales, with a minimum of 2 years in a supervisory position. A degree in B. Pharm / M. Pharm / M.Sc. would be preferred, and having an MBA/PG Diploma in Sales & Marketing/Business Management would be advantageous.,
