Job Description

Job Title:

Manage complete kiosk operations, including sales performance, staff management, and inventory control.
Identify and evaluate potential kiosk locations in malls while building and maintaining relationships with mall management teams.
Ensure the kiosk's daily functioning, hygiene, upkeep, and overall presentation meet brand standards.
Drive sales to achieve and surpass monthly revenue targets.
Train, mentor, and supervise kiosk staff to maintain high levels of service and operational efficiency.
Monitor stock levels and coordinate with the warehouse/supply chain teams for timely replenishment.
Handle customer interactions, address concerns, and resolve complaints in a professional manner.
Maintain accurate sales records, manage cash processes, and complete daily reconciliations.
Ensure brand-compliant visual merchandising and display execution.
Work closely with the management team to roll out promotional campaigns, activations, and marketing-led initiatives.
Enforce compliance with company policies, SOPs, and operational guidelines.

Requirements

Bachelor's degree in business, Retail Management, or a related field (preferred).
2-7 years of experience in retail operations, ideally in managing Kiosks (Beauty / Grooming industry)
Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
Sales-focused mindset with an eye for detail and customer experience.
Proficiency in POS systems, MS Office, and basic analytical reporting.
Comfortable with shift-based roles, weekend operations, and mall timings.
