Manage and lead a team of sales representatives to achieve sales targets and objectives. Develop and maintain strong relationships with key customers, healthcare professionals, and other stakeholders in the healthcare industry. Conduct market research to identify new business opportunities and stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices. Provide training and coaching to sales representatives on sales techniques, product knowledge, and market trends. Monitor sales performance and provide regular feedback and performance evaluations to sales representatives. Collaborate with other functional teams, such as marketing and product development, to ensure that sales and marketing activities are aligned with business goals and objectives.
