Role Description


This is a full-time, on-site role for an Area Business Manager (ABM) – Sales & Service, based in Lucknow.

The ABM will be responsible for driving regional sales growth, ensuring customer satisfaction, and maintaining strong relationships with architects, builders, and channel partners.

Day-to-day responsibilities include managing sales operations, analyzing market trends, preparing sales reports, and coordinating with the manufacturing and service teams to ensure seamless project execution.


Key Responsibilities


  • Achieve monthly and annual sales targets through direct and channel sales.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with architects, builders, and key clients.
  • Oversee sales and service activities to ensure excellent customer experience.
  • Train and mentor sales executives to achieve their performance goals.
  • Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify business opportunities.
  • Prepare and submit sales performance reports and forecasts.
  • Ensure timely collection of payments and adherence to company policies.
  • Provide product feedback to design and production teams for continuous improvement.


Qualifications


  • Strong sales and communication skills.
  • Proficient in negotiation and customer service.
  • Excellent analytical skills for market and sales analysis.
  • Experience in training and mentoring sales teams.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
  • Proven track record in sales within the construction or home improvement industry is a plus.
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills.
