Area Business Executive

As an Area Business Executive at Zuventus Healthcare Ltd. in Rohtak, Haryana, your role involves communicating and collaborating with subordinates on goals, ensuring complete strategy/system implementations as per directives, and inducting new employees as per company policy. You will guide team members to resolve issues, deal with stockists & chemists, prepare and submit tour programs for yourself and the team, and conduct monthly analysis of primary/secondary sales and customer coverage. Building business relationships with key customers, briefing subordinates on the incentive scheme, and ensuring the annual target achievement of all HQ are also key responsibilities. Additionally, you will need to ensure the achievement of all new launches.
