Architecture Specialist

What We’re Looking For:

Architect Designer

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead the

  design development

  for both

  interior and architectural projects

  — from concept to completion.
• Create

  precise technical drawings

  , detailed working drawings, and coordinated GFC sets.
• Develop and deliver compelling presentations, mood boards, and design narratives.
• Coordinate with internal teams, consultants, vendors, and on-site execution teams.
• Participate in material selections, site reviews, and quality checks.
• Maintain timelines and ensure seamless documentation throughout the project lifecycle.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Architecture (B.Arch) from a recognized institution.
• 4–5 years of proven experience in both

  architecture and interior design

  projects.
• Proficiency in AutoCAD (technical drawings is a must), SketchUp, Adobe Suite, Microsoft Office. Revit/Rhino is a plus.
• Strong understanding of materials, spatial planning, detailing, and project execution.
• Excellent communication, problem-solving, and time management skills.
• Aesthetic sensibility and respect for site context and storytelling in design.
