1. Job Description We are seeking a skilled Project Manager to oversee the execution of high-end architectural and interior projects. You will work closely with the design team, manage client relationships, and ensure timely delivery with outstanding quality from partial design to complete execution till handover. As the Single Point of Contact (SPOC) for the customer, you will uphold a premium client experience while managing all aspects of project execution. 2. What You’ll Do Lead project execution for premium architectural and interior projects from design coordination to handover. Interpret and work with 2D/3D drawings across all disciplines (Civil, Electrical, Plumbing, Carpentry, etc.). Identify design discrepancies, foresee execution risks, and propose solutions. Validate and review work orders, BOQs, and drawings. Prepare detailed execution schedules with task inter-dependencies. Conduct regular site inspections and remote quality audits. Ensure all quality, safety, and timeline requirements are met. Guide and provide technical inputs to Site Supervisors/Project Executives. Provide timely site updates and weekly progress reports to stakeholders. Act as a bridge between designers and customers during execution. Maintain and update project trackers and summaries. Analyze performance data, identify bottlenecks, and implement corrective actions. Ensure adherence to checklists and work method statements for quality output. Collaborate on internal initiatives like SOP development and pricing strategy. Build and maintain vendor relationships, addressing concerns promptly. 3.
