Architecture Specialist

As a Lead-DotNet Development, you will be responsible for leading, mentoring, and managing a team of developers in all phases of the software development lifecycle. Your role will involve architecting, designing, and implementing scalable enterprise applications using VB.NET, C#, ASP.NET, and .NET Core. You will collaborate with stakeholders to gather and analyze business requirements and translate them into technical specifications. Enforcing software development best practices, ensuring application performance, scalability, security, and maintainability will be key aspects of your responsibilities. In this role, you will manage project timelines, deliverables, and sprints in Agile/Scrum environments. You will facilitate Agile ceremonies such as daily stand-ups, sprint planning, reviews, and retrospectives. Adhering to data security and privacy policies within all application designs and deployments will be crucial. Providing guidance on the use of Azure cloud services and leading cloud-based application development will also be part of your role. Your technical skills should include expertise in .NET Core, C#, ASP.NET MVC, and Web API development. Proficiency in VB.NET and legacy code maintenance, a strong understanding of Object-Oriented Programming (OOP) principles, and experience with Entity Framework and ADO.NET are required. You should have proven experience with Microsoft SQL Server, unit testing frameworks such as MSTest, NUnit, or XUnit, and familiarity with source control tools like Git, TFS, or Azure DevOps. Additionally, you should possess strong knowledge of JavaScript and modern frameworks/libraries like React.js. Hands-on experience with React.js core principles, components, hooks, and state management is essential. Familiarity with tools such as Redux, Webpack, Enzyme, Flux, and Babel, along with experience in modern JavaScript, DOM manipulation, front-end build pipelines, RESTful API integration, JSON data handling, and modern authorization techniques like JWT (JSON Web Token) are required. Experience with performance testing and browser-based debugging tools will also be beneficial.,
