Job Description

As a Solution Architect at Newgen Systems, your role will involve leading the technical design and integration of Newgen systems within banking and lending platforms. Your deep expertise in enterprise architecture will be crucial in ensuring scalability, security, and regulatory compliance. Key Responsibilities: - Define and drive the technical architecture and integration strategy for Newgen modules - Ensure alignment with core banking standards, compliance frameworks, and security policies - Lead the design of API integrations, microservices, and cloud-based deployments - Collaborate with developers, business analysts, and operations teams for cohesive architectural implementation - Oversee performance tuning, capacity planning, and disaster recovery planning for Newgen infrastructure - Evaluate new technologies and propose enhancements to the current architecture Qualifications & Skills: - Minimum 8+ years of experience in solution architecture, preferably within core banking or digital lending platforms - Expertise in Newgen platforms such as BPM, ECM, and workflow automation - Strong knowledge of enterprise integration patterns, API gateways, and microservices - Hands-on experience with Docker, Kubernetes, and cloud deployment models (AWS/Azure/GCP) - Deep understanding of security frameworks, compliance standards (e.g., PCI-DSS, ISO 27001), and performance optimization - Excellent communication, leadership, and stakeholder management skills In this role, you will be part of a dynamic team that values innovation and collaboration. You will have the opportunity to work in a full-time, permanent position with day and morning shifts, along with performance bonuses and yearly bonuses.
