Job Description

As an Architecture Assessment Lead, you will lead the execution of architecture assessments across various dimensions, including infrastructure, platform, application, data, and process. Your responsibilities will include defining the assessment scope, engaging with clients for agreement, conducting discovery assessments, and providing recommendations to address identified weaknesses and opportunities within the architecture landscape. Collaboration with diverse teams to ensure alignment with business objectives and driving improvements and strategic initiatives is essential. **Roles & Responsibilities:** - Expected to be a Subject Matter Expert (SME). - Visualize innovative solutions using Accenture's GenAI & Agentic architecture and technologies from Oracle and other providers. - Engage in end-to-end AI-enabled project delivery: requirement gathering, solution design, implementation, testing, and business adoption. - Work with real-time AI platforms to integrate AI insights into enterprise decision-making workflows. - Collaborate with and manage teams. - Provide solutions to problems within your team and across multiple teams. - Facilitate workshops and discussions to gather requirements and insights from stakeholders. - Develop and present detailed reports and recommendations based on assessment findings. **Professional & Technical Skills:** - Ability to align technical AI concepts with business goals. - Hands-on experience in GenAI (LLMs, embeddings, vector databases) and Agentic AI applications (multi-agent systems, planning, reasoning). - Strong fundamental knowledge of AI lifecycle, data analysis, statistical concepts of ML algorithms, NN (Neural Networks), and NLP (Natural Language Processing). - Understanding of prompt engineering, AI evaluation frameworks, and value realization in AI projects. **Must Have Skills:** - Proficiency in Oracle Engagement Cloud - Service. - Strong knowledge of Service Request, Account, Contact Management, Omni Channel Routing, Configure Notifications, Chat functionality, Analytics and Knowledge management, Security Setup, Integrations, Extensions, App composer, Page Composer, Groovy, SLA Configurator, Digital Customer Service, Reports, SOAP/REST APIs. - Ability to analyze complex systems and identify areas for improvement. - Familiarity with data governance and management practices. **Qualification Required:** - Minimum of 7.5 years of experience in Oracle Engagement Cloud Service. - Educational Qualification: 15 years full-time education.
