As an Architecture Assessment Lead, you will play a crucial role in leading the execution of architecture assessments encompassing various aspects such as infrastructure, platform, application, data, and process. Your responsibilities will include defining the scope of the assessment, obtaining client agreement, conducting discovery assessments, and offering recommendations to address identified weaknesses and opportunities within the architecture landscape. Collaboration with diverse teams will be essential to ensure a comprehensive understanding of the architecture's alignment with business objectives, thereby driving improvements and strategic initiatives. Your expertise as an SME will be expected, along with the ability to collaborate with and manage the team efficiently. You will be accountable for team decisions and actively engage with multiple teams to contribute to key decisions. Providing solutions to problems for your immediate team and across various teams will be part of your role. Additionally, you will facilitate workshops and discussions to gather requirements and insights from stakeholders, as well as develop and present detailed reports and recommendations based on assessment findings. Proficiency in Oracle Engagement Cloud - Service is a must-have skill for this role. Your strong knowledge should encompass areas such as Service Request, Account, Contact Management, Omni Channel Routing, Configure Notifications and Chat functionality, Analytics and Knowledge Management, Security Setup, Integrations and Extensions, App composer, Page Composer, Groovy, SLA Configurator, Digital Customer Service, Reports, SOAP/REST APIs. You should demonstrate the ability to analyze complex systems, identify areas for improvement, and be familiar with data governance and management practices. Candidates for this position should possess a minimum of 7.5 years of experience in Oracle Engagement Cloud - Service. The role is based in Mumbai and requires a 15 years full-time education.
