Role Description

The on-site Architect role, based in Odisha, India, is a full-time position responsible for planning, designing, and overseeing architectural projects. Day-to-day responsibilities include creating and reviewing architectural designs, collaborating with project teams, ensuring project standards are met, and managing the integration of technology with design. The Architect will also oversee project progress, address challenges, and ensure timely completion of projects while adhering to quality standards.

Qualifications

Strong expertise in Architecture and Architectural Design
Proficiency in Software Development and system Integration for design and planning processes
Experience in Project Management, including planning, execution, and quality control
Excellent communication and collaboration skills to work effectively with multidisciplinary teams
Bachelor's or higher degree in Architecture or related field
Familiarity with the local real estate landscape and regulations in Odisha is a plus
Certification or knowledge of sustainable and environmentally conscious design practices is advantageous
