Civil Engineer

• Site Supervision:

  Oversee all on-site civil activities, including foundation work, structural framing, and infrastructure (roads, utilities, drainage) installation.

• Execution Expertise:

  Directly manage the application and quality of

  Aluminium Formwork

  systems and implement proper

  waterproofing techniques

  in critical areas (basements, terraces).

• Quality & Safety:

  Implement and manage strict Quality Control protocols, conducting regular inspections and material tests to ensure adherence to engineering standards. Ensure continuous compliance with all HSE and local building codes.

• Problem Resolution:

  Act as the first point of contact for all site technical issues, resolving challenges promptly and implementing approved engineering solutions.

• Documentation:

  Prepare detailed daily/weekly progress reports and maintain accurate records of material usage, site changes, and inspection results.

Education & Experience (Meet ONE):

• B.Tech in Civil Engineering

  with a minimum of

  5 years

  of verifiable on-site experience in construction project execution.

• Diploma in Civil Engineering

  with a minimum of

  8 years

  of verifiable on-site experience in construction project execution.

Technical Knowledge:

Project execution and construction methodologies

• Execution experience in Aluminium Formwork

  (MIVAN/PERI/similar systems).

• Waterproofing application and execution

  for critical areas.

• Software Proficiency:

  Practical experience in reading and interpreting plans using

  AutoCAD

  .

• Compliance:

  Comprehensive knowledge of local

  building codes, safety regulations, and construction standards

  .
