Role Description We are seeking a skilled Site Civil Engineer for a full-time, hybrid role based in Indore. The position involves overseeing on-site construction, designing civil engineering projects, planning, and ensuring compliance with safety and quality standards. Responsibilities include managing stormwater systems, preparing project documentation, and collaborating with cross-functional teams. Some remote work is permissible, but candidates must also be available for on-site coordination as required. Qualifications Expertise in Civil Engineering Design and general Civil Engineering practices Proficiency in Construction Planning and on-site project coordination Knowledge of Stormwater Management systems Strong problem-solving and organizational skills Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or a related field Experience in supervising infrastructure projects is a plus Familiarity with construction safety standards and regulations Excellent communication and teamwork abilities
