Role Summary

Architect

Key Responsibilities

Design Support

• Prepare architectural drawings, layouts, 3D visualizations, and presentation material based on project requirements.
• Assist in conceptual and schematic design development while adhering to design guidelines and regulatory norms.
• Coordinate with engineering, interior design, and landscape teams to ensure design integration.

Execution & Site Coordination

• Provide support during site execution by reviewing drawings and resolving architectural issues.
• Assist in site visits, inspections, and monitoring construction progress for design accuracy.
• Collaborate with contractors, vendors, and consultants to ensure proper implementation of designs.

Documentation & Compliance

• Prepare construction drawings, details, and specifications.
• Assist in obtaining statutory approvals and ensure designs comply with local codes, safety standards, and environmental norms.
• Maintain design documentation and as-built records.

Client & Team Engagement

• Participate in client meetings, presentations, and discussions to understand and deliver on design expectations.
• Work with senior architects and project managers to ensure timely completion of design-related tasks.
• Support junior team members and interns with guidance and technical knowledge.

Key Skills & Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Architecture from a recognized institution.
• 5–9 years of experience in architectural design, preferably in real estate projects.
• Proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp, and other design software.
• Good knowledge of building codes, regulations, and material specifications.
• Strong visualization, creativity, and problem-solving skills.
• Effective communication and teamwork abilities.
• Willingness to visit sites and coordinate with multiple teams.

Preferred Skills

• Experience in residential or commercial projects.
• Knowledge of sustainable building practices.
• Exposure to 3D rendering tools and BIM workflows.
