Architect

We are seeking a highly motivated and creative Architect to join our dynamic team. The successful candidate will be responsible for designing and developing innovative architectural solutions, managing projects from concept through construction, and collaborating with clients, consultants, and internal teams to bring visions to life. Key Responsibilities: Develop architectural concepts and translate them into detailed designs and construction documents. Lead or assist in all phases of design, including schematic design, design development, and construction documentation. Coordinate with consultants, contractors, and other professionals to ensure design intent is maintained. Prepare and present design proposals and reports to clients and stakeholders. Conduct site visits and inspections to monitor progress and ensure compliance with plans and specifications. Maintain up-to-date knowledge of zoning laws, building codes, and other regulations. * Qualifications: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Architecture. [1–10+] years of experience in architectural design and project management. Proficient in [AutoCAD, Revit, Rhino, SketchUp, Adobe Creative Suite, etc.]. Strong understanding of building systems, codes, and construction processes. Excellent communication, presentation, and problem-solving skills. Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment. Licensure or working toward licensure preferred.
