Company Description Sanyukt Infra is a team of young Architects and civil engineers working together to create modern infrastructure in Bihar Role Description This is a full-time, on-site role for an Architect based in Patna. The Architect will be responsible for designing building plans, coordinating with clients to understand their requirements, creating detailed architectural drawings, and collaborating with engineers and construction teams to ensure project feasibility. Responsibilities also include supervising construction projects, ensuring compliance with building codes and regulations, and managing project timelines and budgets. The role involves constant communication with stakeholders and providing technical guidance to junior architects and interns. Qualifications Architectural Design, Building Planning, and Urban Design skills Experience with CAD Software, 3D Modeling, and Visualization Tools Project Management, Budgeting, and Timeline Management skills Knowledge of Building Codes, Regulations, and Construction Standards Strong attention to detail and analytical skills Excellent written and verbal communication skills Ability to work collaboratively with interdisciplinary teams Bachelor's degree in Architecture or related field Show more Show less
