Architectural Designer

Roles and Responsibilities Develop architectural designs for residential , commercial and institutional projects using software such as SketchUp, AutoCAD, and Revit. Create detailed working drawings and presentation drawings to communicate design concepts effectively. Collaborate with clients to understand their needs and preferences, ensuring that the final product meets their expectations. Prepare concept designs, detail drawings, and hand draftsman's drawings according to project requirements. Ensure compliance with building codes and regulations while maintaining a high level of creativity in designs. Desired Candidate Profile 0-5 years of experience in architecture or related field (freshers welcome). B.Arch degree from an accredited institution. Proficiency in creating accurate sketches by hand for design development purposes. Strong understanding of architectural principles, spatial relationships, and visual communication techniques.
