🏢 Job Title: Architect Company: RVS CONSTRUCTIONS (Renovision Constructions) Location: Tolichowki, Hyderabad Job Type: Full-Time | On-site Experience: 2–5 Years Preferred Reporting To: Senior Project Manager / Design Head 📝 Job Description We are looking for a highly creative, technically sound Architect to join our dynamic team at RVS CONSTRUCTIONS (Renovision Constructions)—a leading EPC turnkey construction company known for delivering premium residential and commercial landmarks. The ideal candidate will be responsible for planning, designing, and overseeing the architectural aspects of construction projects from concept to completion, ensuring compliance with both client requirements and Vastu principles. 🎯 Key Roles & Responsibilities 🔹 Design & Planning Develop architectural concepts, master plans, and layouts for residential villas, commercial spaces, and institutional buildings. Prepare 2D drawings, 3D models, working drawings, and construction detailing using AutoCAD, SketchUp, Revit, etc. Ensure space utilization and form are both aesthetically and functionally aligned to client needs and Vastu guidelines. 🔹 Client Interaction Attend client meetings to understand design preferences and functional requirements. Present design proposals, mood boards, and 3D walkthroughs clearly and confidently. Incorporate client feedback and finalize designs accordingly. 🔹 Project Coordination Coordinate closely with structural engineers, interior designers, and site execution teams to ensure smooth integration of design and execution. Regularly visit sites to ensure design intent is being implemented and resolve on-site issues. Prepare BOQs and assist in vendor/contractor coordination for design-related inputs. 🔹 Technical & Documentation Prepare and maintain all necessary architectural documentation: drawings, material specifications, working drawings, and permissions. Ensure compliance with building by-laws, codes, and municipal regulations (GHMC, HMDA, etc.). Collaborate with PMC and design team to prepare design schedules and delivery timelines. --- 📌 Required Qualifications & Skills Bachelor's Degree in Architecture (B.Arch); Master’s in Architecture preferred. 2–5 years of relevant work experience in architectural design and execution. Proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp, Lumion, V-Ray, Photoshop, and MS Office. Strong knowledge of construction materials, design trends, and Vastu. Good communication and presentation skills. --- 💼 Preferred Attributes Previous experience in an EPC or turnkey contracting firm. Ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously.
