Job Description

Key Responsibilities: Lead and manage the architectural team for the Sakleshpura resort project. Conceptualize and develop innovative, sustainable, and vernacular architecture-based designs suited for the local climate and terrain. Prepare, review, and approve detailed architectural drawings and construction documents. Collaborate with internal stakeholders to align architectural plans with the resort vision. Coordinate regularly with on-site personnel to ensure accurate and timely execution of design plans. Develop and deliver walk-through presentations and 3D visualizations to showcase design concepts and progress. Liaise with structural engineers, MEP consultants, and landscape designers to ensure cohesive project development. Manage vendors and contractors related to architectural and design aspects; ensure quality control and timely deliverables. Provide regular site visits and inspections to monitor construction progress and compliance with design intent. Suggest innovative materials and techniques to enhance aesthetics, sustainability, and efficiency.
