Role Overview:

We are looking for a passionate and detail-oriented Architect to join our design team. The ideal candidate should be able to independently handle architectural drawings, coordinate with clients and site teams, and ensure high-quality outputs within deadlines.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop architectural plans, working drawings, presentations, and detailed design documentation.
• Coordinate with structural, MEP, and interior design teams to integrate architectural solutions.
• Visit project sites for measurements, supervision, and progress review.
• Understand and translate client requirements into practical and creative design solutions.
• Ensure adherence to building codes, safety regulations, and quality standards.
• Assist in preparing BOQs and coordinate with the estimation team when required.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Architecture (B.Arch) from a recognized institute.
• 1–3 years of experience in architecture/interior projects.
• Proficient in AutoCAD, SketchUp, V-Ray/Lumion, and MS Office. (Revit knowledge is a plus.)
• Good understanding of design detailing, materials, and construction workflows.
• Ability to work in a team and handle tasks independently.
• Strong communication and coordination skills.
