Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site Architect role located in Gurugram. The Architect will be responsible for designing and planning building projects, creating innovative architectural designs, and ensuring their effective execution. Key responsibilities also include overseeing project management, collaborating with clients and stakeholders, and ensuring seamless integration between design and construction phases. The Architect will actively participate in all stages of the development process, focusing on attention to detail and maintaining high-quality standards.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in Architecture and Architectural Design, with a strong ability to conceptualize and create innovative solutions.
• Experience in Project Management, including planning, scheduling, and coordinating resources to ensure project timelines and budgets are met.
• Knowledge and skills in Software Development and Integration, especially in utilizing technical tools essential for architectural processes.
• Excellent problem-solving abilities, communication skills, and attention to detail for effective collaboration with clients, contractors, and team members.
• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Architecture or a related field; relevant certifications or accreditations are a plus.
• Familiarity with construction codes, regulations, and sustainable building practices is advantageous.
