The Architect role is directly responsible for the design backbone of every project and plays a crucial role in supporting sales, planning, engineering, and execution teams.

ROLE SUMMARY (AS PER OUR COMPANY STRUCTURE)

The Architect at Ravion Homes will work end-to-end on project design—from the first layout shown to the client, up to site-level clarifications during execution.
The role requires:

• Strong design thinking
• Practical construction knowledge
• Good communication with clients & engineers
• Ability to support sales to convert leads
• Ability to work in a fast-scaling EPC environment

You will be one of the core team members contributing directly to project quality, client satisfaction, and brand standards.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES (TAILORED TO RAVION HOMES)1. Client Requirement Study & Conceptual Design

• Attend client meetings along with MD/DGM and understand plot, requirements, budget & lifestyle preferences
• Prepare concept plans, plot studies, zoning layouts, massings & façade ideas
• Present 2–3 layout options based on feasibility, Vastu & site conditions
• Prepare mood boards and basic 3D for client decision-making

2. Architectural Drawings (Ravion Standards)

• Prepare detailed architectural drawings required for EPC execution:
• Floor plans
• Furniture layouts
• Sections & elevations
• Working drawings
• Door/window schedules
• Kitchen & toilet detail drawings
• Ensure all drawings match the Ravion Homes' EPC construction standards

3. 3D Visualisation & Client Presentation

• Create realistic 3D views using Lumion/Enscape
• Provide interior mood boards wherever required
• Support sales team with premium visual presentations for client closure

4. Coordination with In-House Teams

Work closely with:

• Structural Engineer (ensure design feasibility)
• MEP/Mechanical team (space allocations)
• Project Engineers (site-level issues)
• Interior Team (in case client opts for Ravion Living)

Ensure all teams work on the same version of drawings.

5. Site Visits & Execution Support

• Conduct site visits to ensure drawings are being followed
• Provide design clarifications (DCs) for site engineers
• Suggest redesigns if site conditions differ from the original plan

6. Design Documentation & Version Control

• Maintain proper drawing logs
• Upload final drawings to cloud folders (Zoho/Drive)
• Follow naming & revision systems as per Ravion SOP

7. Supporting Sales & Marketing

• Provide architectural inputs for client proposals
• Create sample layouts, sample façade designs & sample villas for marketing
• Support website content related to planning & design sections

REQUIRED SKILLS (BASED ON OUR OPERATIONS)Technical Skills

• AutoCAD (excellent)
• SketchUp
• Lumion / Enscape
• Photoshop
• Knowledge of Vastu (basic to intermediate)
• Strong knowledge of residential construction detailing

QUALIFICATIONS

• B.Arch – Mandatory
• Minimum 5 years of experience in:
• Residential architecture
• Villas
• Interiors
• EPC/Design-Build setups (preferred)
• Strong portfolio required

SALARY & BENEFITS

• ₹35,000 – ₹45,000 per month
• Performance incentives based on project closures and design quality
