Our vision: “Where Vision Becomes Value.” Role Overview We are looking for a Business Development Officer (BDO) to drive growth, generate leads, and build lasting client relationships for our EPC projects. The right candidate will be ambitious, proactive, and client-focused. Responsibilities Identify and pursue new EPC business opportunities. Generate leads through networking, referrals, and digital outreach. Meet clients, understand needs, and present tailored EPC solutions. Prepare and deliver proposals, quotations, and profiles. Collaborate with technical teams to align with client expectations. Represent Ravion at trade shows and industry events. Achieve monthly/quarterly targets and maintain CRM updates. Qualifications Graduate in Business, Marketing, Civil Engineering, or related field. 2–5 years’ experience in sales/business development (EPC/Construction preferred). Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills. Strong relationship-building and networking ability. Self-motivated, target-driven, adaptable.
