Architect Planner

Objective:

Responsibilities:

1. Create Progress Sheet and Track Progress:

   Creating documents to record progress, completed designs and construction specifications

2. Architectural Compliance:

   Planning and implementing architectural processes and criteria for ensuring compliance with environmental, local, state standard

3. Budgeting and Costing:

   Overseeing project budgets, cost estimates and resource allocation processes

4. Stakeholder Management:

   Collaborating with executive management and key project stakeholders to establish project objectives, priorities, standards and key resources

5. Drive Process Timelines:

   Managing the planning and design processes, modifying project initiatives and approving development in conjunction with the design team and management

6. Industry Knowledge:

   Maintain broad knowledge of latest architectural trends.

Qualifications and skill-sets:

1. Bachelor’s Degree in architecture or equivalent. A Master’s degree in Project Management from NICMAR is preferred.
2. Proven ability to track progress and install timeline adherence.
3. Proven, robust work experience of 7-10 years with reputed firms, preferred 4 years in luxury projects.
4. Strong analytical and stakeholder and project management ability.
5. Strong communication, negotiation and interpersonal skills.
6. Reliable, focused, confident, articulate and self-directed with a high level of initiative and a ‘can do’ attitude
