Job Title: ServiceNow Architect Relevant Experience: (10-15) Years Job Location: Hyderabad/Bangalore/Mumbai/Pune/Delhi NCR. Job Description: Required Skills Minimum 8+ years of experience, currently working as an Architect on the ServiceNow platform. Experience with architecting ITxM (i.e. ITSM, ITOM, ITAM) modules in ServiceNow. Experience on any other ServiceNow module is a plus. Experience on at-least 2 end-to-end implementations of ITSM, ITOM and ITAM. Must be well equipped with running customer workshops for requirement gathering, together with BA. Experience in building roadmaps and providing consultation keeping in mind the existing tool stack of the customer. Experience with improving CMDB health and suggesting improvements.
