Role Overview

Architect BIM

Key Responsibilities

Project Delivery (EMEA)

• Prepare interior design production drawings, technical details, and coordinated documentation.
• Utilise

  SketchUp

  and

  Revit

  to develop accurate design and construction models.
• Actively collaborate with interior design professionals across multiple regions.

BIM Team Technical Support

• Contribute to project BIM management activities.
• Coordinate multidisciplinary models, undertake clash detection, and lead model reviews (LOD / LOI).
• Prepare reports, participate in workshops, and support smooth project integration.

System Setup & Development

• Support template development for

  SketchUp

  and

  Revit

  .
• Contribute to the creation and maintenance of BIM object libraries.
• Prepare guidance notes and workflow standards for project teams.

AI-Aligned Workflow Development

• Collaborate on the advancement of AI-enabled design and delivery workflows.
• Explore new technologies and methods that improve efficiency, accuracy, and project outcomes.

Qualifications & Experience

Education

• Bachelor’s Degree in Architecture, Interior Architecture, or related field.

Experience

• 5–7 years of professional experience in architecture or interior design.
• Proven experience within the

  EMEA commercial office fit-out sector

  .
• Strong understanding of EMEA-based design and delivery principles, codes, and building standards.
• Solid grasp of

  BIM principles

  including ISO 19650.

Technical Skills

• Advanced proficiency in

  SketchUp

  and

  Revit

  .
• Good understanding of

  Trimble Connect

  and

  Autodesk Construction Cloud (ACC)

  .
• Experience with multi-disciplinary coordination and BIM-based reporting.

Soft Skills

• High level of professionalism, work ethic, and passion for design technology.
• Strong problem-solving and communication skills.
• Ability to work collaboratively across regions and disciplines.
