🔹 Responsibilities:

Develop
architectural designs, drawings, and plans
for ongoing and upcoming projects.
Collaborate with clients, engineers, and project teams to finalize design concepts.
Ensure
compliance with building codes, safety standards, and project requirements
.
Prepare
2D/3D models, presentation drawings, and construction documents
.
Conduct
site visits
and provide technical guidance during execution.

🔹 Requirements:

Bachelor’s degree in
Architecture (B.Arch)
or higher.
Proficiency in
AutoCAD, SketchUp, Revit
, or similar tools.
Strong understanding of
construction methods, building codes, and materials
.
2–5 years
of relevant experience.
Excellent
communication, collaboration, and project management skills
.
