Your impactAs a BIM Architect you will join our global team of experts -. You will work in project with multiple disciplines involved like Architecture, Structures & MEP

• Taking initiative and ownership of architectural drawings.
• Assist in managing client expectations, team communication and consultant coordination.
• Flexibility to focus on a single client with a variety of project types or multiple projects in various stages of development.
• Work with Architects, involvement with other departments to meet overall project objectives.
• Resolve complex design issues with innovative and practical solutions.
• Knowledge of materials, construction techniques, and building codes.
• Ability to apply principles of logical or scientific thinking to a wide range of intellectual and practical problems.
• Working knowledge with 2D and 3D drafting / modelling using AutoCAD, Revit,3Ds Max, Google Sketch up, etc.
• Skill of vendor drawing review preferable.
• Should have good knowledge of BIM Domain essentials for project setup, work-sharing, work-set management, clash detection, procedures and project delivery. Use Navisworks/Other Software or Tools to coordinate BIM model with all design team members from other trades
  

and demonstrate conflicts and clashes which must be resolved.
Here's what you'll need

• Knowledge of Architectural drawing, statutory drawing, factory inspectorate drawings.
• Knowledge of Sketch, Revit, 3D Max, Photoshop and Sketch is required
• Knowledge of basic understanding of Indian statutory requirements.
• Knowledge of BIM models is mandatory. Extraction of MTO from Revit Modelling essential.
• Ability to effectively communicate design standards to internal and external project partners.
• Knowledge of landscaping shall be given additional advantage.
• Ability to manage multiple fast paced projects simultaneously.
• Knowledge of site experience preferable.
