Role Overview:

Architect

Key Responsibilities

• Develop architectural, interior, and landscape designs

  that align with Raho’s aesthetic and brand vision.

• Prepare detailed and accurate working drawings/GFC drawings

  for execution.

• Ensure all drawings adhere to company standards

  , including layers, annotations, line weights, and blocks.

• Collaborate with consultants, vendors, and contractors

  to ensure smooth project execution.

• Travel to project sites extensively

  to document existing conditions and oversee design implementation.

• Work under tight deadlines

  while maintaining precision in all deliverables.

• Contribute to improving processes and design standards

  to enhance efficiency.

Requirements

• 0-1 years of experience

  in interior design, architecture, preferably within a top design firm.

• Experience in hospitality, villa, or residential projects

  is required.

• Proficiency in AutoCad, Photoshop and Microsoft Excel

  is a must. 

• Some experience in landscape design

  is preferred.

• Strong time management and planning skills

  to handle multiple projects under pressure.

• Fluency in English, Kannada, and Hindi

  is preferred.

• Ability to work long hours, including weekends and holidays

  , when required in a fast-paced startup environment.
