Architect

Job Overview

We are looking for a creative, technical, and detail-oriented Architect to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing projects from the conceptual stage through to execution. You will work closely with clients, interior designers, and construction teams to bring visions to life while ensuring compliance with building codes.

Key Responsibilities

• Design & Conceptualization: Create detailed architectural designs, floor plans, elevations, and 3D models based on client requirements.
• Technical Drawings: Prepare accurate working drawings, GFC (Good for Construction) drawings, and detail drawings for site execution.
• Site Coordination: Conduct regular site visits to monitor progress, ensure quality control, and ensure the construction aligns with the approved designs.
• Client Interaction: Meet with clients to understand their needs, present design proposals, and incorporate feedback.
• Liaison & Compliance: Ensure designs meet local building by-laws, zoning laws, and fire regulations.
• Material Selection: Assist in the selection of building materials, finishes, and specifications.
• Coordination: Collaborate with structural engineers, MEP consultants, and contractors to resolve design issues.

Requirements & Qualifications

• Education: Bachelor’s degree in Architecture (B.Arch).
• Licensing: Valid registration with the Council of Architecture (COA) is mandatory/preferred.
• Software Proficiency:
• Expert in AutoCAD (2D/3D).
• Proficiency in SketchUp / Revit / 3ds Max.
• Knowledge of Rendering software (Lumion / V-Ray / Enscape).
• Basic knowledge of Photoshop/CorelDraw is a plus.
• Technical Knowledge: Strong understanding of construction methods, materials, and local building codes.
• Soft Skills: Excellent communication skills, time management, and the ability to work under deadlines.
