Job Description

Eligibility - Apply only those candidate who are handling industrial Projects.

Position:

Job Purpose:

Key Responsibilities:

Plan Preparation & Sanction:

Prepare architectural drawings in compliance with PCMC, PMRDA & MIDC norms.
Coordinate with authorities for submissions, follow-ups, and approvals.
Revise plans based of feedback to secure timely sanctions.

Land Survey Coordination:

Collaborate with surveyors for topographical and boundary surveys.
Verify legal documents and site measurements for design feasibility.

Documentation & Reporting:

Maintain accurate records of sanctions, approvals, and correspondence.
Draft feasibility reports and assess zoning compliance.

Design & Concept Development:

Lead architectural design for industrial, commercial, and office interiors.
Develop all stages of drawings from concept to GFC.
Align designs with client briefs, operational needs, and aesthetics.

Project Management:

Handle projects end-to-end, from budgeting and scheduling to execution.
Ensure timely delivery within scope, cost, and quality standards.

Coordination & Execution:

Work closely with interior designers, contractors, and engineers.
Conduct site visits, resolve on-site issues, and approve materials.

Stakeholder Management:

Liaise with clients, consultants, and internal teams for approvals.
Conduct project meetings and monitor vendor performance.

Quality Control:

Conduct design reviews and site audits.
Resolve issues to prevent delays or overruns.

Preferred Candidate Profile:

Proven experience in manufacturing units, commercial complexes, and modern office interiors.
Worked with design-build teams, general contractors, and multidisciplinary consultants.
Knowledge of LEED / IGBC / Green Building concepts preferred.
