Roles and Responsibilities: Individuals located at manufacturing sites and fixed facilities (e.g., a service shop or O&M site) that provide day-to-day EHS support for that facility. Developing in-depth knowledge of a technical discipline. Uses prior experience and acquired technical expertise to execute policy/strategy. EHS Management System: ISO45001,ISO14001 implementation Regulatory Compliance- Monitor and Adherence of EHS Regulatory compliance for the site Risk Assessment and Mitigation program implementation for the site Incident Investigation and Reporting- Lead investigation and reporting of the incidents on site as per OSHA and regulatory requirements Safety Training and awareness- Develop and implement the EHS training program to promote the culture of safety and compliance Emergency Preparedness- Ensure implementation and update the ERP Environment Management- Ensure the waste, pollution control and sustainability initiative for the site Documentation and Audit- Maintain the EHS documentation as per the OSHA, Indian EHS Regulations and Company EHS standards EHS Framework- Ensure implementation of the EHS Framework of the company Stakeholder Collaboration- Work with internal teams, govt agencies, external auditors to enhance EHS performance. In-depth understanding of key business drivers; uses this understanding to accomplish own work. In-depth understanding of how work of own team integrates with other teams and contributes to the area. Role & responsibilities Utility Maintenance, suggestion scheme, preventive maintenance plans, daily checklist, daily power report, breakdown reports, list of critical spare parts, shift schedule, MTTR, MTBF, Kaizen 5S, ISO IATF audits, calibration of instruments, root cause analysis, CAPA. Engineering Solutions Design Contribute to the design of engineering solutions; design the feasibility testing approach and supervise its implementation to support the development and validation of engineering solutions. Demarcation, etc 3. Knowledge of PMC unified DCPR, and Liasion, with PMC/ PMRDA for obtaining zoning demarcation, LAQ opinions, layout and building plan approvals, plinth checking, occupancy/ completion certificates. 4. Co-ordinate and liaison with various PMC/PMRDA department viz, Garden, drainage, water, fire, etc for obtaining NOCs. 5. Position: Architect Industrial Projects Location: Chakan, Pune Job Purpose: We are looking for an experienced Architect to manage industrial, from concept to final handover. The ideal candidate should be adept in design development, project coordination, and stakeholder management, ensuring timely and high-quality project delivery. Key Responsibilities: Plan Preparation & Sanction: Prepare architectural drawings in compliance with PCMC, PMRDA & MIDC norms. Coordinate with authorities for submissions, follow-ups, and approvals. Revise plans based of feedback to secure timely sanctions. Land Survey Coordination: Collaborate with surveyors for topographical and boundary surveys. Verify legal documents and site measurements for design feasibility. Documentation & Reporting: Maintain accurate records of sanctions, approvals, and correspondence. Draft feasibility reports and assess zoning compliance. Design & Concept Development: Lead architectural design for industrial, commercial, and office interiors. Develop all stages of drawings from concept to GFC. Align designs with client briefs, operational needs, and aesthetics. Project Management: Handle projects end-to-end, from budgeting and scheduling to execution. Ensure timely delivery within scope, cost, and quality standards. Coordination & Execution: Work closely with interior designers, contractors, and engineers. Conduct site visits, resolve on-site issues, and approve materials. Stakeholder Management: Liaise with clients, consultants, and internal teams for approvals. Conduct project meetings and monitor vendor performance. Quality Control: Conduct design reviews and site audits. Resolve issues to prevent delays or overruns. Preferred Candidate Profile: Proven experience in manufacturing units, commercial complexes, and modern office interiors. Worked with design-build teams, general contractors, and multidisciplinary consultants. Knowledge of LEED / IGBC / Green Building concepts preferred.
