Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site Architect role based in Pathankot. The Architect will be responsible for designing and executing architectural projects, creating innovative architectural designs, coordinating with multidisciplinary teams, and supervising the construction process. Additionally, the role involves ensuring seamless project integration and efficient project management from concept to completion.

Qualifications

• Expertise in Architecture and Architectural Design
• Proficiency in Project Management, with the ability to lead teams and ensure timely project completion
• Knowledge of Software Development and Integration within architectural frameworks
• Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to adapt to client needs
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills
• Solid understanding of construction processes and regulations
• Relevant academic qualifications, such as a degree in Architecture or a related field
• Professional certifications or licenses in architecture are a plus
