The Senior Interior Designer will be responsible for planning and designing interior spaces, creating construction drawings. The day-to-day tasks will include collaborating with architects and construction teams, ensuring projects meet client specifications, and maintaining high design standards. Qualifications Expertise in Space Planning and Interior Design Proficiency in creating Architecture and Construction Drawings Strong project management and organizational skills Proficiency in design software such as AutoCAD, SketchUp, and Adobe Creative Suite Excellent communication and presentation skills Bachelor's degree in Interior Design, Architecture, or a related field Minimum of 5 years of experience in interior design or related field

Design Legends is looking for a creative and detail-oriented Interior Designer to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong design sensibility, excellent communication skills, and the ability to translate client needs into functional and aesthetically pleasing interior environments. Key Responsibilities: Work closely with clients to understand their needs, preferences, and budget. Develop conceptual designs, mood boards, and space planning. Create detailed design presentations using software like AutoCAD, SketchUp, Revit, or similar. Select materials, furnishings, lighting, and finishes in line with the project vision. Prepare detailed drawings, 3D renderings, and BOQs. Coordinate with architects, contractors, and vendors during project execution. Conduct site visits to ensure design implementation aligns with plans. Stay updated on industry trends, materials, and technologies. Requirements: Degree /Diploma in Interior Design, Architecture, or a related field. Proven experience as an Interior Designer or a similar role. Proficiency in design software such as AutoCAD, SketchUp, Revit, Photoshop, and MS Office. Strong creative and visualization skills. Preferred Qualifications (Optional): Knowledge of local building codes and regulations. Experience with sustainable or green design. Strong portfolio of completed interior design projects.
