Key Responsibilities:

• Work closely with clients to understand their needs, preferences, and budget.
• Develop conceptual designs, mood boards, and space planning.
• Create detailed design presentations using software like AutoCAD, SketchUp, Revit, or similar.
• Select materials, furnishings, lighting, and finishes in line with the project vision.
• Prepare detailed drawings, 3D renderings, and BOQs.
• Coordinate with architects, contractors, and vendors during project execution.
• Conduct site visits to ensure design implementation aligns with plans.
• Stay updated on industry trends, materials, and technologies.

Requirements:

• Degree /Diploma in Interior Design, Architecture, or a related field.
• Proven experience as an Interior Designer or a similar role.
• Proficiency in design software such as AutoCAD, SketchUp, Revit, Photoshop, and MS Office.
• Strong creative and visualization skills.

Preferred Qualifications (Optional):

• Knowledge of local building codes and regulations.
• Experience with sustainable or green design.
• Strong portfolio of completed interior design projects.
