Role Description

This is a full-time hybrid role for an Architect based in Panaji, with the flexibility to work remotely as necessary. The Architect will be responsible for designing and developing architectural plans, coordinating with clients, and ensuring alignment with their vision. The role also involves managing projects, integrating design systems, and overseeing different phases of construction to ensure quality, budget compliance, and timely delivery. Regular communication with cross-functional teams and stakeholders will be key to success in this role.

Qualifications

Proficiency in Architecture and Architectural Design
Experience in Project Management and delivering projects on time and within budget
Skilled in Software Development and Integration, particularly in design and construction-related tools and systems
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a focus on sustainable and innovative design solutions
Excellent communication, collaboration, and interpersonal skills
Bachelor’s degree in Architecture or related field; professional certification or licensure is preferred
Familiarity with construction techniques, materials, and energy-efficient designs is advantageous
