Job Overview:

We are seeking a Senior Architectural & Structural Coordinator to join our Communication Team. This role focuses on client-facing communication, design coordination, and presentation of architectural/structural solutions. The ideal candidate will be proficient in Revit, Chief Architect, SketchUp, and Millwork detailing, with strong ability to engage with clients and collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless project execution.

Key Responsibilities:

Serve as the primary link between clients and internal technical teams for architectural/structural coordination.

Present and explain design concepts, BIM models, and construction details using Revit, Chief Architect, and SketchUp.

Lead client meetings, design reviews, and coordination sessions to clarify project scope and deliverables.

Translate client requirements into clear design briefs and ensure effective handover to the technical team.

Review technical deliverables (drawings, models, millwork details) to align with client expectations.

Prepare and present shop drawings, millwork packages, and construction documents for client approval.

Collaborate with project managers and designers to meet timelines and deliverables.

Provide recommendations for design optimization and value engineering.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in Architecture, Civil/Structural Engineering, or a related field.

Minimum 2 year of experience in architectural/structural design and client communication.

Strong proficiency in Revit, Chief Architect, SketchUp, and millwork detailing.

Excellent presentation, communication, and interpersonal skills.

Solid understanding of construction methods, codes, and standards.

Ability to interpret client requirements and translate them into actionable outputs.

Preferred Qualifications:

Knowledge of fabrication standards and shop drawing practices.

Hands-on experience with interior fit-out detailing.

Familiarity with AutoCAD and other drafting tools.
