Job Title: Mid-Level Electrical Engineer Job Location: Kolkata Job Type: Full-time Company: BIM MODELING SERVICES INDIA PVT LTD Job Description: We seek a highly skilled and experienced Mid Level Electrical Engineer to join our team. The Senior BIM Electrical Engineer will manage and implement BIM processes and electrical design for construction projects. Key Responsibilities : 1. BIM Modeling: Create, develop, and maintain 3D electrical models using BIM software (e.g., Autodesk Revit) to represent electrical systems accurately. 2. Design Integration: Collaborate with the design team to ensure that electrical designs are integrated seamlessly with architectural and structural components. 3. Clash Detection: Perform clash detection analysis to identify and resolve conflicts between electrical systems and other building components, such as plumbing, HVAC, and structural elements. 4. Design Optimization: Provide input for design optimization to enhance the efficiency, sustainability, and cost effectiveness of electrical systems. 5. Coordination: Coordinate with other disciplines, including architects, structural engineers, and mechanical engineers, to ensure proper alignment of electrical systems within the overall project. 6. Standards Compliance: Ensure that all BIM processes and electrical designs adhere to industry standards and regulations. 7. Training and Mentorship: Provide guidance and mentorship to junior BIM technicians and engineers within the team. . Qualifications: ● Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering or a related field. ● Proficiency in BIM software, such as Autodesk Revit, AutoCAD, and Navisworks. ● Strong knowledge of electrical systems, codes, and standards. ● Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail. ● Effective communication and collaboration skills.
