About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and creative Architect to lead the design and coordination of our high-rise residential projects. In this role, you will take charge of architectural planning—from unit layouts to clubhouse and landscape design—ensuring functionality, aesthetics, and compliance with project standards. You will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, drive technical integration, and guide junior architects to deliver exceptional design solutions.

Job Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage the architectural design coordination process for residential projects, from concept development through to final execution.

• Review and refine detailed unit plans to ensure optimal space utilization, functionality, and adherence to design standards.

• Coordinate architectural layouts and building elevations for high-rise developments while maintaining technical precision and strong design aesthetics.

• Take complete responsibility for clubhouse interior planning, ensuring spaces are contemporary, functional, and aligned with overall project themes.

• Develop landscape design concepts that seamlessly integrate hardscape and softscape elements within the master layout.

• Collaborate closely with structural, MEP, and landscape consultants to ensure cohesive design integration and technical alignment.

• Provide leadership and guidance to a team of junior architects—overseeing drawing reviews, task allocation, and timely deliverables.

• Ensure all design outputs comply with applicable building codes, local by-laws, and construction feasibility requirements.

• Liaise with clients, consultants, and contractors to address design queries and facilitate smooth, efficient project execution.

Skills & Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Architecture from a recognized university.

• Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in architectural design, preferably in high-rise Mivan-based residential projects.

• Strong design, visualization, and detailing expertise with proficient knowledge of AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp, and rendering software (e.g., Lumion, Enscape, or similar).

• Demonstrated ability in developing unit plans, elevations, interior layouts, and detailed drawings.

• Solid understanding of landscaping concepts, materials, and detailing.

• Excellent communication, coordination, and leadership abilities.

• Skilled in managing multiple deliverables while mentoring junior team members and collaborating with project stakeholders.

• Good awareness of building regulations, codes, and construction workflows.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹600,000.00 - ₹800,000.00 per year
