Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site Architect role located in Nagpur. The Architect will be responsible for planning and designing structures, coordinating project workflows, and ensuring alignment with client objectives. Day-to-day tasks include creating architectural designs, integrating design specifications into projects, managing project timelines, and collaborating with multi-functional teams to deliver high-quality outcomes on time. The Architect will also contribute to maintaining compliance with industry regulations and sustainability principles.

Qualifications

• Expertise in Architecture and Architectural Design
• Proficiency in Project Management and coordination
• Experience with Software Development and Integration related to architecture and design
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Attention to detail and a commitment to high-quality work
• Relevant bachelor’s or master’s degree in Architecture or related fields
• Familiarity with sustainable building practices and local regulations is a plus
