Key Responsibilities

• Develop architectural concepts, space planning layouts, and detailed working drawings.
  
• Prepare and coordinate municipal submission drawings and construction documentation.
  
• Interface with

  clients, consultants, and contractors

  to communicate design intent and resolve queries.
• Coordinate with structural, MEP, and interior teams to ensure design consistency and accuracy.
  
• Conduct site visits to verify design implementation and address technical issues during execution.
  
• Assist in material selection, detailing, and technical specifications as needed.
  
• Ensure compliance with

  development control regulations, building bye-laws, and local authority norms.

• Maintain organized drawing sets, document revisions, and project records.
  
• Support senior management in design reviews and presentations.
  

Desired Candidate Profile

• Education:

  B.Arch (mandatory); M.Arch is an added advantage.

• Experience:

  36 years of experience in real estate or architectural practice, preferably with exposure to

  redevelopment or urban infill projects.

• Software Skills:

  AutoCAD, SketchUp, Photoshop, and MS Office.

• Core Competencies:

• Strong design detailing and technical drawing capability.
  
• Understanding of real-world construction practices and redevelopment complexities.
  
• Excellent communication and presentation skills for client-facing interactions.
  
• Ability to manage multiple projects with discipline and attention to detail.
  
• Collaborative mindset with problem-solving orientation.
  

Working Conditions

• Office Hours:

  10:00 AM – 7:00 PM (Monday to Saturday).

• Location:

  Bhandarkar Road, Pune.

• Occasional extended hours may be required for coordination or submission deadlines.
