Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for an Arbitration Counsel / Legal Officer located in Bikaner. The Arbitration Counsel / Legal Officer will be responsible for managing and resolving arbitration cases, negotiating contracts, preparing legal documents, addressing legal issues, and providing legal advice. The role requires thorough knowledge of arbitration processes and the ability to represent clients effectively in legal matters.

Responsibilities:

• Manage case filings, scheduling, and correspondence.
• Maintain secure case records (digital & physical).
• Draft procedural notices and cost schedules.
• Support tribunal and Registrar in hearings.

Qualifications

• Legal expertise, including understanding of Law and addressing Legal Issues
• Skills in Contract Negotiation and Legal Document Preparation
• Ability to provide sound Legal Advice
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
• Advanced degree in Law or related field
• Experience in arbitration and legal representation is a plus
• Law degree; 3–5 years’ arbitration/litigation/corporate law experience.
• Familiarity with e-filing platforms and virtual hearing tools.
• Strong drafting and case management skills.
