AR FOLLOW-UP EXECUTIVE Experience: 0-1 Years
Handle *outbound inbound emailsefficiently and professionally
Make *outbound calls to patients in the USAand schedule appointments with doctors
Use *OfficeAlly or similar toolsto search patient details, verify records, and update data
Maintain proper communication and follow-up for account resolution
Work collaboratively with internal teams and ensure timely task completion
Provide excellent customerpatient communication with clarity and empathy
Good verbal and written *communication skills(must)
Should be willing to work *Night Shift (US timings)
Basic knowledge of healthcare AR follow-up is a plus
Ability to learn tools like *OfficeAllyquickly
Strong follow-up, calling confidence, and responsibility in handling tasks
Immediate joiners preferred
Work Schedule: Only 3 working days per week
