Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for an AR Executive based in Ahmedabad. The AR Executive will be responsible for managing accounts receivable processes, including tracking and following up on outstanding claims, resolving payment discrepancies, and ensuring accurate documentation. They will collaborate with various internal teams to optimize payment collections and provide exceptional support to clients by addressing their billing and payment queries.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in accounts receivable processes and payment follow-ups
• Strong analytical skills for resolving payment discrepancies and analyzing billing records
• Excellent communication skills to interact effectively with clients and internal teams
• Attention to detail and organizational skills to manage extensive documentation and ensure accuracy
• Familiarity with medical billing, revenue cycle management, and healthcare industry standards is a plus
• Prior experience working with billing software or platforms
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, on-site office environment
